Mrs. Ryan is the co-founder of Ryan Institute, LLC and has been devoted to serving youth since the age of 10. Mrs. Ryan has taught pre-school through middle school students in Baltimore City, Washington, DC, and private schools for over 15 years. In her experience, she has been the reading intervention teacher for struggling readers in kindergarten through third grade, a mentor teacher to many of her colleagues, as well as facilitated professional development school and district wide. She has served as the Director of Camp Operations for the Zion Baptist Church Summer Camp since 2008. Mrs. Ryan holds a master degree in leadership in teaching from Notre Dame of Maryland University and a bachelor degree in sociology from Morgan State University. She holds advanced professional teaching certificates in both Maryland and Washington, D.C. She is currently a homemaker and business owner.
Dr. Ryan has over 15 years of experience in providing academic and engineering support and has served as an adjunct math professor and engineering researcher at Coppin State University and Morgan State University, respectively. He is currently the President and Chief Technical Officer for DLR Technologies, a Technology Consulting Firm for the federal government
